Important New announcements:

  • Registration will only be taken online. There is unfortunately no hardcopy form available.
  • This year we DO NOT accept Credit Card payment over the Internet

The CCYSC Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all submitted registrations. Please read this carefully before you proceed to registration.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Camp registrations will be cancelled if the registered person fails to pay within 14 days after submitting his/her registration.
Refund Policy
  1. If a registered person who has already paid camp fees but later becomes unavailable to attend camp and requires a refund, he/she is to submit an application for refund by sending an email to registration@ccysc.org with an explanation.
  2. The CCYSC Committee will review each refund application received. The CCYSC Committee will consider and weigh up all factors contributing to the application when making a final determination for each case. Successful applicants will receive a full refund of the paid camp fees.
  3. Applicants who are found to be unsuccessful will not be entitled to any amount of refund.
  4. For all refund applications submitted after 06/07/2011, successful applicants will only receive 50% of his/her camp fees paid unless the CCYSC Committee accepts that there are special circumstances. The CCYSC Committee will consider and weigh up all factors contributing to the application when making a final determination.
  5. Depending on time of submission and processing of refund applications, successful applicants may receive their refunds after the 2011 CCYSC.
Replacement:
  1. CCYSC Committee will NOT accept any replacement requests in the event that a registered person is unable to attend. A paid registered person who can no longer attend should apply for a refund - see above.

  1. Submit your personal details/preferences
  2. Check your email to verify your registration
  3. Make the payment by Online Banking / Bank Deposit. Upon receiving your payment, we will send a payment confirmation to your email. You MUST quote your reference number with your payment so that we know the payment is yours.
